14-Day Returns — No Problem
Changed your mind? No worries.
You have 14 days from your purchase date to return any unused product in original packaging.
Just email us at support@tadalanguages.com with your order number, and we’ll get you sorted. If your return qualifies, send it to:

We’ll refund your original payment method once the item arrives and passes inspection. Please note: return shipping for non-defective items is not covered.
Defective Product? We’ll Make It Right.
If you receive a defective item, email us within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo or video. We’ll cover return shipping and either:
Send you a replacement, or
Issue a full refund, or
Offer store credit, if preferred.
If you’re in the U.S., we’ll also email you a prepaid return label.
Battery Tips
If your TA-DA! product plays odd sounds or cuts off after a few seconds, don’t worry—it’s probably not broken. (We’v only had one faulty book in all these years.) Our books have a snooze mode and high-quality batteries, but even the best batteries need replacing eventually.

Language Adventure Books use button batteries
We use first-rate, safe, mercury-free batteries from the industry’s top supplier—people we know by first name!
If it turns out to be a battery issue and you troubleshoot with us, we’ll send you a thank-you discount code for your next order—or even a fresh set of batteries—because we appreciate your effort greatly.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong item or got the wrong thing? We’ve got you.
Just send us a photo or video within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you exchange it.
Please note: exchanges only apply to purchases made on our official site.

We ship Monday–Friday.
U.S. orders ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in 2–7 business days.
International? Check if TA-DA! is available on Amazon in your country—that’s the fastest option while we grow our global shipping.
