Where do you live?: We live in Mumbai India. We have lived here for 4 years. We live off the Arabian Ocean in a city with 21 million people that used to be seven islands and called Bombay.
What languages do you speak?: English and learning German and Hindi
What’s the weather like where you live?: Hot, humid and summer weather all year long and monsoon season
What are your favourite foods?: We love to eat burgers, pizza and pasta but beef is not allowed in India as the cow is sacred.
What are your favourite traditional Indian foods?: butter chicken with rice and chapati, fresh lime soda, mangoes
What’s your typical school day like (before coronavirus)?: Our driver and mum would take us to school - we go to a German International School with a British curriculum 30 minutes away with traffic, 8-3:30pm
How is your day like now?: We stay at home. We live on the 21st floor and can only can go outside in our building on the 11th floor for fresh air. School is online with our teachers and we have a similar schedule. We take coding, piano lessons and book club online with friends.
What’s the favourite sport in India?: Cricket! We also play football and golf and swim.
What makes you happy?: Imported foods from the US and UK, using our iPad, playing with friends, walking our neighbour's dogs.
